“We had a wonderful trip without any glitches. Thank you for all your efforts. The whole trip was wonderfully planned with every detail taken into consideration. We took public transfers everywhere and we had enough time and it was all very convenient. All the hotels you booked were really nice with lovely staff.  Both the guides Richard in Helsinki and Eva in Tallinn were both really very good. They obviously knew all the history, but were also happy to answer questions, queries, make comparisons between our culture and theirs etc. Above all, they were very helpful. Richard took us for shoe shopping and shopping for specific winter gear. Eva was also most concerned about our return and gave us the taxi numbers and stayed with us for well over 2 hours.”
